The rescue

When Alexa was 16 she was sold to the Russian mafia by her parents. She's beaten until it's all too much then goes mute. One day Giovanni and his crew from the Italian mafia storms the Russian safe house and finds her. Giovanni who is a big mafia boss in multiple countries, saves her and takes her home. Will he get her to talk again? Will she be able to adapt to the new surroundings after so many years of hell? Or is it all a trick?
