Andrea "Andi" Fugglehorn is known as the Pastor's niece and Dean Fugglehorn's little sister who is well know in street races.

When "The Boss Man" takes Andi under his wing and uses her to make more cash, Andi is the big New hot shot. So will Andi be the latest puppet, or will she become The Puppeteer
