Helena way, Gerard Way's younger sister comes home after being gone a full year and a half only to find out her brother has been going though his own little war with her gone.

Her other brother who hates her guts for leaving and blocking them out.

When she's invited to a dance an accidental bump causing her to have another vision into the future of a girl dying by being killed by her boyfriend.

With the help of Gerard and Frank and other friends she try's to find and save the girl.

But when her best friend Mel warns her that there is someone hunting her down wanting her to die time starts to run out.
