DAMAGED. That's what the society calls us, the prisoners, the ones who are feared and hated. We are parasites of our Intelligence Bodies, the carriers of the plague. At least, that's what the Majarlikan military forces said. Of course, it's a fabrication of the whole truth. We are their scapegoats. They propagate their lies by means of media, brainwashing the entire country with stories delineating us as the root of revolution. No! It's not us! It's them! Two months ago, I joined the Black Unicorn, an organization of rebels that vowed to destroy the Intelligence-Based System established by Brandy Bonafarte, the first Supreme Leader of the Autocratic State of Majarlika, formerly known as the Republic of the Philippines. Before he sat on the throne, he swore in his blood to switch the broken society into a utopia. But it was all a trick that fooled millions of his devoted followers. A week after winning the election, he signed an agreement with the New United Nations, a joint operation stipulating men and women to wear a WristLock, a glowing device worn on wrist that will represent any of the Intelligence Bodies reflected from the Nine Multiple Intelligences reintroduced and proposed by Theodore Irenpreet. The Supreme Leader's primary mission is to achieve a perfect utopian country by dividing individuals according to their primary intelligence, force us to focus on one dominant skill. If an Adult displays an absolute counter resistance, they'll brand him as Damaged, drag him to Death Prison where he'll be executed publicly as a reminder to the state of what a tyrannical opponent they can be-or what they already are to us, the Black Unicorn, the accused Damaged. I'm branded as Damaged, not because I breached protocol but because of a mere accusation to a crime, I believe I am not guilty of. We, the accused, will protest our innocence before the nation. And we, the Black Unicorn, shall exterminate the system.
