One: New Place, New Us

Naomi Jackson is a twenty-two year old single mom with a sassy little four year old, Sofia. Naomi has a day full of classes at Arizona State University and a night job as a bartender to pay the bills.

After searching relentlessly for the perfect place, Naomi moves her and her daughter into an apartment complex in Phoenix, Arizona. However, she soon learns that the neighbor across the hall, Zack Evans, is everything but a nice guy.

Will the close proximity to work, school, and preschool be enough to keep Naomi from moving out? Or will Zack push her buttons enough to make her leave the best chance she's got? Or will Zack surprise Naomi and keep her around?
