Isaac, now having a supportive group of friends and a newfound interest in lacrosse, is excited for what his new school, Beacon Hills High School has to offer. Isaac trusts his friends, of course. but not enough to tell them about the actual source of the bruises on his body or the bags under his eyes. but what will happen when they find out? Scott McCall's sophomore year looks like it's getting better every day, with his good grades and new friend Isaac Lahey.
