Kayley has just moved to the big city of Seattle from Denver, and is already completely nervous about her first day of school. She is a tomboy and doesn’t always fit into the popular crowd. This is made clear to her when she meets the biggest jerk, but also most popular guy Devon, who seems to want to make her life miserable with his words, and isn’t bothered about anything. One day, Kayley meets Matt, an exchange student from London. Unlike Devon, Matt is sweet, talented, and charming and knows how to impress the ladies; he has a great personality. Kayley almost immediately falls for him, and although she is a tomboy with no outer looks, so does he.
