Prologue: The Changes

If a coming-of-age story is the tale of growing up, then this story is a tale of acceptance, tale of loving oneself and accepting of who you are.

The story of a young man cursed, forever to live as a beast in man's skin, a Rykanthè.

Taken away from everything and everyone he has ever loved he now curses his fate and lot in life. He must find the strength and will to live as a Rykanthè or be devoured whole by the beast inside.
