Another chance

A familiar of Sakumo Hatake is sealed after his death and released 8 years later due to a caves collapsing and shattering it's seal. The familiar travels back to Konoha only to assist in the murder of the 4th hokage and is extracted from the village by anbu members. Its been 13 years since that day and the familiar has found a way back into the village. But will the familiars ever changing forms and moods get her sealed once more?
