Some people believe that humans are completely autonomous beings. They control themselves and for the most part, are in control of their own destinies. That is until, they give their autonomy away like little gifts wrapped in delicate, gold coverings with a small note expressing that said human, is now belonging to the one who received the gift, like a possession, a piece of property. Some say strong feelings cause one to give away such a precious gift, some say only one feeling can evoke such a radical decision to give up such freedom. Some say it's love.
