He's been bullied for however long he can remember, and dreads what he feels is an 'abnormality', for it has caused him pain all his life. But when he starts his Junior year in a new high school in this unfamiliar country, he soon meets one certain adolescent, Levi Ackerman, who is well-known in the school for his dark looks and even darker attitude. Eren convinces himself to not want anything to do with Levi, when in reality he can never seem to escape the pulling presence of the raven haired teen who admittedly loves Eren's unique features, and tries to get him to feel the same. At first, they both want to stay distant and detached from each other for their own sakes, each of them having a different personal story to tell that they keep buried in their minds on why things are the way they are.
