Erin is a blunt, out of the closet, homosexual college student, who meets Zeke, the extremely attractive werewolf bartender. Humorously, Erin is unknowingly Zeke's mate, and Zeke is doing everything in his power to get this boy to fall in love with him.

At the same time, Zeke's pack is getting agitated, and the weakening of the Alpha - Zeke's father - throws them into turmoil as a feud with a neighboring pack turns into an all out civil war that could mean life or death, not just to the werewolves, but to the humans themselves.
