New house

Moving houses has always been a problem for 39 year old David Schenach, ever since he was 5. Having a wife and three kids makes it even harder. The house they move into is not what they expected. It has creaky floors, dusty shelves, rusty nails in the walls, and a suspiciously cold and wet cellar. Jake, DJ, and Kiana his three kids love running and playing around the house. Jake being 10 has imaginary friends and one of them creeps Ethan out. Jake claims he lives with them, watching them everyday and hanging out with him. David finally asks what his name is Jake answers, it's Mr. Boogie.
