This's a collection of short pieces inspired by people with mental disorders, aiming to raise awareness against stigma. I write this not only as a psychiatrist, but also as a patient.

Important note!

This book tackles some sensitive topics like suicide, self-harm, eating disorders and addiction. However, the main focus is how characters think and feel and how it inevitably reflects on their behavior.
None of the chapters in this book is graphic, but I thought I'd give you a heads up or a trigger warning just in case.
