Intro

Charlotte Reagan, unlike any of the UES residents, is raised in Brooklyn like her classmate, Dan Humphrey. When she meets Carter, sparks fly, but obstacles appear and it probably won't end well between the two. Will their love conquers all, Charlotte making Carter the better man or not?
