Prologue

He has lost his wife, his home, all that he cares for, Bahamut has been outlawed and now he must flee the empire. But a time will arise when the empire, neigh, the entire world will be in danger, and he must protect what he vowed to long ago, life. But will he save those that have hunted him, will he see good in the hearts of man or will he see darkness, an ever consuming darkness that grips all mortal kind.
