The Alpha Shield is a rare occurrence, rarer than the True Alpha's. No one alive has ever met an Alpha Shield and as of yet there is still much speculation about how they come to exist.

(Y/N) McCall lives under the lovingly protective shadow of her older brother, the True Alpha, Scott McCall. Having no clue that her world is anything but ordinary (Y/N) keeps her newly developing powers quiet, believing she's making them up.
