"The Rural Relocation Program was created to provide at risk inner city kids with the opportunity to live with another family in a rural setting for a summer. It was designed to provide them with a second chance at life. The grass truly is greener on the other side!" That's all fine and good, but the three boys currently being shipped off to live in UTAH of all places are not happy about it.
