Chapter 1 - A Surprise Gone Bad

The summer before sent to college, Claire Dawson is forced to stay with her optimistic aunt, Delilah, in St. Louis. Claire never liked St. Louis for a couple of reasons: it brought back bad memories, she had to leave her best friends in New York, and Washington University, the college she was going to, was too good to be true. But fate led Claire Dawson to the best summer of her life, with her new friends, Jenny and Heather...and her sort-of-boyfriend, Jacob.
