Prologue

Someone in this world can manipulate water. Someone can manipulate traffic signs. Yet to do this you have to know you can. Kay a twenty-two year old girl lost both her parents at a young age. Her family was known for it's especially strong powers. So when riots seem to break out left and right, Kay will have to trust someone who claims to be her mother, to stop the person behind the chaos.
