Five friends were set out to make the most of their senior year. What happened instead was something they will never forget.

When teens begin to go missing, Jarred, Quinn, Spencer, Greg and Mariana set out to get to the bottom of whatever was happening. What they find is much more dumbfounding than they had ever imagined.

Along the way, Jarred becomes male; Spencer and Greg deal with feelings; Quinn and her brother struggle to keep a roof over their heads; and Mariana tries to deal with bullies who won't stop pestering her.

Will the five get through these struggles? Or will everything go down with them?
