Prologue

Eliza Baratheon, eldest child of Robert and Cersei Baratheon and heir to the Iron throne, has lived all her life in Kings Landing. Her life has been simple and good, with her learning to be a lady from her mother, and learning to rule and wield a blade from her father. All is well until she goes to Winterfell with her family. There, she falls for someone she can not have, becomes betrothed to someone she does not love and watches the first events that would go on to lead to the end of the simple life she knew.
