Chapter 1

Jacob Masters, a 24 year old intern on a 6 month nursing placement at Holby Emergency Department. Everything is fine, especially when he meets the boss but after an introduction to the consultant he'll be shadowing will his opinion on his placement change.

When he begins to feel something for the 36 year old ED consultant and Clinical Lead of Darwin he knows he's playing with fire trying to get her to feel the same way but he won't stop.
