Eventually one wears down the other...doesn't it?

Meet Ilyse, kind of heart, happy go lucky and a complete odd-ball. She is known in her high school for being different but also 'chill.' She goes with the flow, so to speak. Ilyse doesn't like to dwell on the past, doesn't like giving in to her nightmares so instead distracts herself with fun, quirky things to do.

Keelan is rigid, angry and socially aloof. His past and nightmares eat him alive, because he allows them to. Anger is constantly boiling just below the surface, his weaknesses keep him restrained...he refuses to change.

But this unlikely duo are thrown together one summer, water can eventually erode stone...right?
