Tidal is a citizen of the water tribe, born from time itself. She has been taken in by the princess of the Water Kingdom, and with no wing markings she must use one Core of Atlantis to purify all water. Past hosts have died from this, but will Tidal be the next heir to the Kingdom of Heavens?
