The Water

Justine Baxter is a girl from southern Colorado. She and many other honors students have been chosen to complete their senior and college freshman years at an elite University in the South East Tennessee Mountains. However, there is strange scene in her dorm hall: the hair-raising sensations that one gets from being intensely watched.
