Prologue

One day Talia wakes to find herself on an island with no idea who she is or where she came from. However, this is no ordinary island. On it lurk monsters of unimaginable horror...and the humans here aren't the greatest, either.

Upon arriving, Talia meets two people: a girl who may be the key to her survival, and a boy who may be her demise. New friendships are questioned, limits are pushed, and the lingering questions of identity and loyalty that plague Talia may be worse than anything else in this strange new world....
