Ellie Gray was born in a world where humans RULED IT not where they were slaves of it and its creatures. When Ellie turned one thats when all the Vampire fiasco started. Ellie's parenths tried their hardest to hide her along with the other childeren the slaves are hiding in the Vampire palace. One day the Vampire guards went to investagate and they found Ellie in the kitchen celebrating her 5th birthday. The kings son Darren Knights just turned 17 and he found out that their was a new slave so since he was about to be king he needs to meet all the slaves. Darren's father Damon is against all humans and so is Darren and was against meeting the slaves and the whole being 'civil' with them thing his mom made him do. Darren meets all the slaves and finds out that Ellie is his mate, his human mate. Darren and Ellie's fealings about each others species change but not in the way you think....
