Chapter One

Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers have been best friends since childhood. Bucky was drafted into the war and Steve became the publicized Captain America. But when Bucky, who presumably fell to his death 70 years ago from a moving train, shows up in Steve's life again as the Winter Soldier, everything changes.

~This story was written before I saw Captain America: Civil War, so please ignore any and all inconsistencies with the movie.
