The Flash - Partical Excellerator

This story is about Barry Allen and he suffered something horrible when he was a kid and now he's an adult so one night some scientists work on a partial exelerator that explodes around the city and he gets struck by lightning and so does random people spreaded across the city. He wakes up 9 months later and he runs like no person has ever run before.
