Beside You Part 1

Lex was tired of nothing interesting happening to her and tried of being screwed over. Then one day an old friend of hers comes and visits and he introduces her to some people who would become some of her closet friends. Out of her control Lex falls for one of them, and she tries desperately to protect herself from getting hurt again like she was before, and accepting that not everyone is planning on abandoning her. Instead she discovers some of her biggest enemies are distance, death, lust and jealousy and she hopes that love can pull through and overcome it all.
