Dr Bonnie Pendleton is a new junior doctor to the harsh world of cardiothoracic surgery. She's utterly determined to impress her cold, hard to please mentor who just happens to be the registrar on the ward. After a series of deaths occur without an explanation, they are passed off as simple medical errors however, Bonnie is determined to find the dark truth behind all of this bloodshed. And as she slowly starts to fall in love with the man she suspects the most, Bonnie is left in a tricky situation.
