Max asked Adam to hire a new editor to help with all the editing because Max has just started his channel up so he can't do as much editing as he used to do.

Adam emails you because you are his sister and he know that you have edited a video from time to time for your friends and now edit their videos for a carrier. You reply that you will work there but only if your friends can work there too. So Adam had to get another floor built.
