Perfect Shade

"Hidden. Obscured. Unfounded.
Invisible to the world, they stayed by the girl's side, for she was the only one who could understand them. Without her comfort, they would escape her heart, burning it to nothing but gray ashes. Life. It's what they need. The girl failed them, and now they travel across barren lands, bringing light amongst themselves."
