The Boy Next Door

When Sam goes to her dads for the summer. She meets the boy next door. Everything seem nice about this kid. He has a 4.0 GPA, he has a job and he is so nice. When she gets to know this kid a little more she soon figures out that he is a party drunken animal. She will have to choose, to let loose with her new "neighbor" or be bord living in her innocent world. And Does she find true love?
