Serena's Return

Bailey Bass had 'Good Girl' written all over her. Somehow she spent her whole life along side Charles Bass and came out unscathed. Innocent, cheerful and a sweetheart are all words to describe Bailey. Gossip Girl herself has dubbed Bailey, 'Baby Bass'. But somehow, this Baby Bass seems to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
