After surviving a deadly confrontation Jennifer and her pack move to California where an even larger threat faces them: the invasion of a new species specifically designed to wipe werewolves off the earth. As a series of mass murders begin they soon realize that not only could these creatures kill werewolves, but they are also able to destroy the strongest of any supernatural. Very soon Jennifer and her pack learn the key to destroying these evil beings for good which includes the help of one of their own very special members. With the help of new alliances, Jennifer and the pack face a new fight...one where winning is far from guaranteed, while dealing with tragic loss, deaths and betrayals.
