He was rated ss no one really had any idea who was actually the one behind the killings of "fox" all they knew for sure was that this individual would do anything to not get cought and if they really had any leads it was all just guesses, but then again who would guess that the most 'innocent' boy in the 20th ward would be the infamous fox.
