Prologue

Jaida was brought up the hard way, with only her own instincts to navigate her way through life. Battling childhood demons, drug infested homes and dangerous people at every turn. Her first reprieve came through a new foster father, and brought with him the biggest changes of her young life. Her new found father and family life may begin to guide her in the right direction, but her old demons resurfacing continue to cause havoc in her life in plot twists she could never have predicted.
