When Lady Annabelle Wetherby agreed to join her family at court to meet her future husband, she did not intend to be robbed and taken hostage by the known rogue and degenerate Thomas Black. Along with her maid Elizabeth, she is quickly pulled into the world of bandits and intrigue.
