Humans have always been innovative, Curious, Explorers. They did not let the skies confine them, nor the stars trap them, and soon, humanity had spread to the furthest ends of the Solar System, colonizing every terrestrial moon and planetoid in their path. But humanity desired something more than exploration, Freedom. One by one, the space colonies declared wars of secession, until the individual conflicts intensified into one all-out interplanetary war. Fraught with a lack of resources, governments collapsed overnight, allowing the colonies to take their independence with ease. The remaining governments of the United Nations disintegrated, allowing for oppressive regimes to pick up the pieces. Fearing this, the ex-colonies unified into a Hegemony of Interplanetary states. Now, it is the year 2336, and the world has become divided. The Earth, contested over by four Orwellian Supernations, is deadlocked in a perpetual state of ideological cold war. Terrorists operate in the open and narcotics have become a commodity on the global market. In an effort to maintain the peace, the Council of Pangaea is founded by the Hegemony with the purpose of regulating international affairs and mending the relationship between the hegemony and the remaining factions of the Earth. But as the annual Pangaea Conference begins to near, terror attacks become more frequent, governments become more ruthless, and more and more innocents are thrust into a battle to stay on the right side of history.
