Something out of the ordinary

You are only 17 years old and you live by yourself because you left your parents and decided to move out and make your own decisions in life you attend school like every other teenage kid but your getting sick of your normal boring routine but then someone moves in to the house right next to you who could it be? I don't know you might just have to find out yourself (;
