Chapter One

It all started with a mission gone wrong.

Phoenix was having a hell of a day, first she waakes up in the orphanage she lived in untill she was nine, and now she's being told by her new caregiver that she was burned and would first of all, never get to see her team again, second of all? She would have to blend in with normal kids again. That would mean going to High School, mind you she hasn't set foot in a school for seven years. Then, a strange man shows up on the steps of the orphanage asking for help. Could this get any worse?
