Pregnant with my second

Brooklyn is a 15 year old girl that found out she was pregnant with her 2nd baby by Trey (most popular boy in the school) baby he doesn't want to so anything with her or the baby but Trey parents want the kids.
What would she do now keep them or give the to his parents? Does it have to take the Trey and Brooklyn to get back together so they can keep the kids?? :/
