1. Basic Training

Aster is a highly trained vampire slayer. She graduated the academy at 15, and has been out racking up her kills for a little over 5 years now. Everything is great...until one little mistake that gets her sent back to basic training where she meets an old classmate, Ren.

Ren opens up Asters eyes more to the world of vampires by introducing her to Finis, and suddenly they're more than just ticks. Asters universe gets shaken up as she's launched into a new perspective on vampires, and is offered a chance at friendship, love, and even immortality.
