Description
In a not-so-distant future, Tokyo was strangely evacuated for unknown purposes, and has yet to be returned to. This has left Japan in a major drop in economics and overpopulation caused by those who used to live in Tokyo. Though for the drug dealers, human traffickers, and humanity modifiers that occupy Japan, things haven't been bad at all. Tokyo has become a major trading site for most illegal services, even with all the 'keep out' signs and fences that surround Tokyo. Whenever security started cracking down on these illegal purposes, making patrols durning the day through Tokyo and shooting on site. It is quickly discovered that security gets out before nightfall, giving the perfect chance for a drug run, thinks Jin, leader of an infamous biking gang: The Crimson Lotus. Whenever a patrol squad is left stranded in Tokyo after transport fails from malfunctions, leaving the squad stranded till nightfall, they decide to spend the night in the neon filled streets in Tokyo, going to places they used to live and messing around.
