Prologue

Kari Rider has been on her own since she was six years old. Surviving on the streets and running from the Empire.

That's me. My name is Kari. Well, you already knew that. This is basically the story of how my life changed for the better.

I didn't think anyone could take down the Empire. I mean, sure, I had my own little rebellion. You know, stealing food and weapons from them and slipping explosives onto the Stormtroopers.

But I thought that was all I could do to the Empire. That is, until I met them.

This is the story... of how I turned into a rebel.
