This book is dedicated to those people who are self-harming, depressed and/or having Suicidal thoughts
Just remember that your not alone and that I know it's not easy
But if you need someone to talk to, you can talk to me
I know I am a stranger to you but I've been through a lot and possibly been through the same things as you and if you need to talk to someone you can talk to me, don't be afraid to send me a message
