Prologue

Georgette Rose Parlour had everything before. A mansion, clothes, and a so called super hot boyfriend who cares very much about her. But that all ended when her dad lost his job, her mum divorced her dad, and her boyfriend broke up with her. Well, so much for love. Now she lives in a small town called Quentin knowing not a single soul there. To top it off, her dad seems to be taking love interest with her bully's mum. Yep, this cliché sounding story is bound to leave this girl absolutely miserable. Or will it? Well at least there's one good thing about her life in Quentin. At least she has a friend. A good fella named Louis. He's nice in every sort of way, but what secrets is he hiding? Why does he act in the ways which he does? Sure he's sweet and charming, but what's the problem with his moodswings? In a story about hope, life, and complicated situations, will Georgie learn that money and expensive items is not everything a person needs?
