Prologue

In the land called Neko Atsume, cats are welcomed with open arms! But the dark past has lingered through every cat who knew of it. Sapphire has always been frightened of what the humans have done to her. Jeeves have had it worst, seeing how Sapphire is hurt, he has promised to protect her. So Jeeves have always been Sapphire's butler for most of their life. But what happens when the past comes back, haunting the two? Jeeves will keep his promise, and that means comforting Sapphire the best he can.
